I came from Hobbs NM and they did an outstanding job. Sounds amazing and everything is regulated as it should be with a super clean install. Highly recommend them and it was definitely worth the travel.

This shop is one of the most unprofessional businesses I’ve ever witnessed. While representing themselves at a truck show, they behaved embarrassingly and went out of their way to create unnecessary drama. I personally watched them instigate an altercation that escalated to the point where people in my group were prepared to step in. They openly mocked another person’s truck and called them “broke” simply because it wasn’t built to their standards. It was immature, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable behavior, especially in front of families and children attending the event. If this is how they treat strangers in public while actively representing their business, I’d think twice before trusting them with my money. If your vehicle isn’t heavily modified or doesn’t fit their idea of what’s worthy, don’t be surprised if you’re met with the same ridicule and arrogance. Professionalism, respect, and integrity clearly aren’t priorities here, and that says everything you need to know about the people behind this business.

The Stereo shop went above and beyond. They took good care of me and always give a good price. They are fast and communicated good and were very clear about pricing. No hidden fees with them either. I live far but I make the drive to do business with them because they take care of their customers. Definitely recommend.

I took my 2020 Honda HR-V to your shop for installation of a mobile app system, GPS, keypad entry, alarm system, and remotes. The day before the install, I came in person, showed all the parts I had purchased, and specifically asked if I had everything needed. I was told yes. The next day, I dropped off my vehicle at 9:00 a.m. and you kept it the entire day. I did not get a proper update and had to call myself around 7:00 p.m. That is when I was told the vehicle was “ready,” but the keypad and alarm system were not working because I was missing another important component. My concern is that you had already looked at my parts the day before and told me I had everything. If something important was missing, that should have been communicated before the installation day, or at least earlier during the day. I was also told the part was available in their store, so this could have been solved with a simple phone call. Instead, I got my vehicle back with only part of the work completed. The mobile app and GPS work, but the keypad, alarm system, and remotes do not. I later got the missing part and texted to ask whether there would be an additional labor charge to finish the installatio

High level of customer service here. TSS has worked on four vehicles for me over the past 7 years. Same day, quick installs, no wires hanging out professional installs. There are so many gimmicks on the internet. Come in person. They have displays to give you peace of mind. For myself, I went for better lighting, of course some better sounding speakers, nothing crazy, safety car alarms. I actually like the alarm when you get somewhere your windows are all the way down, just start walking into the store, hit the button, the alarm beeps, and all the windows come up, awesome. I'm glad I looked at their different demos and options they have here at TSS showroom. Nice waiting area with TVs also. The best part is they're open late. Directly beyond front doors is the Welcome and Information Kiosk, ask for Cruz.
